# linkedin.author.unresolved

## What it checks

The connected `platform_account` row has no `platformAccountId` (LinkedIn URN) set. Connect should always populate this; if it didn't, the account row is in a broken state.

## Remediation

Disconnect and reconnect the LinkedIn account. The connect flow calls LinkedIn's `/userinfo` to mint a stable URN; that will repopulate the field.
