Pinterest’s create-pin endpoint returns a URL-not-reachable error in some edge cases that don’t match the more specific pinterest.image_url.reachable or pinterest.destination_url.reachable rules. We surface those as this generic rule.

Remediation

Inspect platformResponse for the specific URL Pinterest couldn’t fetch. The fix is the same — make it publicly reachable, or upload via POST /v1/media.
